The school was established by late Shri Mubarak Ali Khan, a renowned Urdu Social Poet, Historian and social worker, in memory of his Father Late Shri Abdul Ali Kahn "MUKHTAR" in 1999. Late Shri Abdul Ali Khanhad a great desire to provide good education to his family members as well as people residing in those days in his area. There was not only any good school, so his desire was fulfilled by his sons Late Shri Mubarak Ali Khan and professor Dr. Qamar Rais, Retired Head of Department of Urdu, University of Delhi.

The school is running very successfully since 1999. The management had desired earlier that the fee structure of the school will be lower than other English medium schools so that the weakest person of the society may get his children educated in good atmosphere and best education.
The management is trying its best to raise the school status up to intermediate standard.
